Quality Check Approval
Our team will review your request; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original designer tags and packaging.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a secure reverse pickup from your delivery address through our trusted global logistics partners.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item passes a physical quality inspection at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment mode or ship your requested exchange size.
